TIMELY NOTES!
The Holy Spirit does not only unveil things to us, He also unveils the deep things of God. In 1 Cor 2:9-11, the bible tells us that eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, neither has it crossed the thoughts of man, the things which God has reserved for them that love Him. But He reveals them by His Spirit; His Spirit is able to search out things about God, including the deep things of God. No man can know the heart of a man except the spirit of that man; also, no one can know the heart of God except the Spirit of God. Trust me, no matter how beautiful you’ve planned your life to be, it can’t be compared to what God has prepared.
My point is, beyond your various life pursuits, God has prepared something good for your future. But you can’t access this good plan without the help of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the only authorized channel to access the deep things of God. Many believers are struggling in life, only because they’ve not accessed what God has prepared for them. I’ve often said that many of the transformations I experienced in my life were direct inspirations from the Holy Spirit. Who would have thought that Daniel who was about to be slaughtered would become a prime minister? Who would have thought that Joseph who was sold into slavery would become second in command in Egypt? Who would have thought that Saul the destroyer would become Paul the apostle? Who would have thought that Peter who denied Jesus three times would become the rock of the church?
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; WHENEVER YOU PRAY OR STUDY GOD’S WORD, ENGAGE THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. AS YOU DO, HE’D BEGIN TO UNVEIL THINGS TO YOU THAT YOU DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT. Have a most fruitful weekend, in Jesus precious name!
