TIMELY NOTES!
“Sir, I’ve submitted my CV to a company, and I’ve prayed to God several times so that they can call me, but they have not called. Does it mean my faith is not working?”. Your faith is working, you just haven’t operated it to a point of delivering your desired result. According to Heb 10:36, faith requires that you complete God’s will before you receive the blessing you desire. If you’ve not gotten the job after working hard to submit your CV and even praying, then go ahead to submit your CV in other places. And while you continue to pray to God about it, find a cheap labour to engage in or “do whatsoever your hand finds to do”.
For faith to work, leave no stone unturned. If you can still find a scripture that addresses your situation, don’t hesitate in doing what it says. If you want to stand tall, then do all. Eph 6:13 tells us to “take the whole armour of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand”. Every instruction from God’s word can be likened to an armour, the more you obey them, the better your chances of getting your desired breakthrough. Applying faith to our desires is like striking a big rock with a hammer. Of course, the rock will break, but definitely not after the first strike. It may not even break after the fiftieth strike; but if you continue striking, it will break, and your desire will be established.
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; KEEP STRIKING YOUR CHALLENGES WITH GOD’S WILL, IT WON’T BE LONG BEFORE YOUR BREAKTHROUGH WILL BE ESTABLISHED. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
And hey, don’t forget to “like” it. And if you really like it, please share it!
P.S: Please don’t hesitate to drop your comments or questions. Questions will be responded to within 24-hours.
