TIMELY NOTES!

"God will make a way". That is what most people say when they are faced with oppositions. But the truth is, God has already made a way, He only needs you to take a step. 1 Cor 10:13 tells us that "the temptations in our lives are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful, He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure". This also means that, when you can no longer stand a challenge, then you have not found the way out. People stay on a challenge for too long because they refuse to admit this truth. My father has often said that "any faith that makes God absolutely responsible for the affairs of your life is fake".

Asides the fact that Jesus is the Truth and the Life, He is also the way in and out of everything that pertains to life and godliness. That is probably why Prov 24:14 tells us that "when we have found it, there shall be a reward, and our expectations shall not be cut off". Our needs are supernaturally met when we find His provisions for them, not when God creates a way. Rev 19:13 tells us that the name of Jesus is the word of God. In other words, if Jesus is the way, then the word of God is the way. Little wonder then, 2 Pet 1:3 makes it clear that even though God has given us all things that pertains to life, we can only access them through the knowledge of Him that has called us unto glory.

That's how far we'd go on today's Timely Note. But take these last words; YOUR ESCAPE IS CERTAIN WHEN YOU FIND THE WAY. SO STOP WAITING FOR GOD TO MAKE A WAY THAT ALREADY EXISTS, FIND THE WAY AND ESCAPE. Have a most fruitful week, in Jesus precious name!
