TIMELY NOTES!

Living in assumption is the same as denying your access to better things in life. Many Christians mistake assumption for faith; living in faith is trusting God to do what He can and would do for you, living in assumption is trusting God to do what He can but may not do for you. God can do all things, but there are things He’d rather allow to remain undone. And it’s not because He doesn’t love you, but probably because it is too small or not good for you.

God will only give good gifts to His children. If it is not good for you, don’t expect it from God. So instead of assuming that God will do it, ask Him, or search the scriptures to see if what you’re asking for aligns with His will. God does not like it when we live in assumption; and I believe that is why He gave us faith. Faith does not assume what God will do, faith is assured of what God will do. Many Christians even assume their salvation; and this is why they suffer intense difficulties in life.

That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; DON’T ASSUME ANYTHING! YOU CAN BE SURE OF EVERYTHING BY FAITH. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
