TIMELY NOTES!
If you have Facebook on your phone, then you’re connected to Mark Zuckerberg. If you have the Holy Spirit in you, then you’re connected to Jesus. Mark may be sitting in Facebook’s head office right now, but the Facebook Application on your phone gets his attention at any time, even at midnight. Jesus is seated at the right hand of The Father in Heaven; that’s the office where He’s presently operating from – after He ascended. But with the Holy Spirit inside you, you’d have His attention at any time. While Facebook may give you a social life, The Holy Spirit gives you a Christian life. The same way you explore all the features of Facebook to make the most of it, you also need to covet the various gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit to make the most of your Christian life.
Anytime you engage the Holy Spirit, you’re simply engaging the unlimited power of Jesus. Just as the Facebook application can work for 20 different users in 20 different locations at the same time, the Holy Spirit is omnipresent, He can work in everyone, everywhere, and at the same time. Facebook is the multiple presence of Mark; the Holy Spirit is the multiple presence of Jesus. The same way Facebook works on my phone or my PC is the same way it will work in yours. If you have lesser functionality, then it would be because of your hardware. If you think you experience less of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, then it can only be because you’ve not built yourself to experience more of His fellowship.
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE UNLIMITED POWER OF JESUS; IF YOU EVER FEEL LESS POWERFUL WITH HIM, THEN YOU NEED TO BUILD A STRONGER FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
