TIMELY NOTES!
The fact that God has spoken to you about something doesn’t mean you shouldn’t develop a good strategy on how you’d do that thing. God may create a way, but what if you don’t know how to successfully pass through that way? God divided the sea and made a way for the children of Israel to pass through; but imagine if they moved too slowly? Pharaoh and his army would have caught up with them.
God told Noah to build an Ark, but He also gave him a strategy on how to build it. He told Joshua that He’d bring down the wall of Jericho, but also gave him a strategy on how to do it. He told the children of Israel that they would defeat the children of Benjamin, but that didn’t happen until the children of Israel developed a strategy that will win. In fact, the children of Benjamin defeated them in the initial battles. I remember how God told me to walk in love towards a family, and when I asked Him how, He recommended two books for me. Applying the principles from those books made it easy for me to walk in love towards them. Don’t tell me that what God said is not working, have you developed a working strategy? Sometimes, what God says secures one percent of the victory, while a good strategy secures the remaining 99 percent.
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; IF WHAT GOD TOLD YOU HAS NOT WORKED, THEN MAYBE YOU’VE NOT DISCOVERED A STRATEGY THAT WILL MAKE IT WORK. THEREFORE, WORKOUT A STRATEGY THAT WORKS! Have a most fruitful weekend, in Jesus precious name!
And hey, don’t forget to “like” it. And if you really like it, please share it!
