TIMELY NOTES!
Satan may be prohibited from entering God’s presence, but he can’t be stopped from entering God’s court. While God may be the Judge of all, Satan is still the accuser of the brethren. And when he takes any matter to court, God has to honour it, because He is a righteous Judge. That’s how he accused Job in court. He said job was only serving God because God built an hedge of protection round about him. God could have easily given His verdict in favour of Job, but He didn’t, because Job would have to produce his cause first. That’s why Isaiah 41:21 says, “Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob”.
Many of us have failed to realize that God isn’t just a Father or King, He’s also a Law Giver and a Judge. Amazingly, His Father nature couldn’t help Job in the court, Job had to prove himself. Perhaps, if Job had known that he was on trial, he would have been better equipped. Just like Job, many of us are constantly on trial without knowing. We give our challenges casual approaches and hope that they will end some day. God may love you as a Father, but when Satan files a case against you violating His laws, He stands as a Judge. And at that point, He expects you to prove yourself.
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Note. But take these last words; WHEN GOD STANDS AS A JUDGE, HE MAY NOT GIVE A VERDICT TO YOUR DISADVANTAGE, BUT HE’D DEFINITELY WANT TO SEE YOUR EVIDENCE, EVEN IF IT’S THE BLOOD OF JESUS. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
And hey, don’t forget to “like” it. And if you really like it, please share it.
