TIMELY NOTES!
It’s totally natural for drinks and food to finish in a party, but Jesus proved that even though wine had finished naturally, they could still serve wine supernaturally. It was natural for a storm to arise, especially when the wind is heavy; but Jesus proved that even though the wind should naturally cause a storm, it should supernaturally calm the storm. Naturally, five loaves of bread and two fishes won’t be sufficient for 20 people; but supernaturally, it fed over 5000 people with more than 5 loaves remaining. You’d notice that it was the same element that worked against Him naturally that also worked for Him supernaturally.
Isaiah 8:18 tells us that “… we are for signs and for wonders”. In other words, when nature works against us, we should make a sign out of it. Lazarus had been dead and buried for four days, but Jesus got to his tomb and still made a sign out of it. This is clear that the reason why certain things are against you is so that you can make a sign out of it. Every challenge you face is an opportunity to show the world signs that Jesus is Lord. Don’t let the presence of those natural challenges deceive you, just engage a supernatural force that will glorify Jesus. Trust me, if Satan knows this truth, he will never trouble believers again. Therefore, let’s be wise in our approach towards challenges.
That’s how far we’d go on today’s Timely Notes. But take these last words; NATURAL CHALLENGES ARE NOT MEANT TO SUFFER US BUT TO GLORIFY CHRIST. THE EARLIER YOU REALIZE THIS, THE FASTER YOU COME OUT OF THOSE CHALLENGES. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
And hey, don’t forget to “like” it. And if you really like it, please share it!
